Please login on with your registered id and password and please click on the ‘PCB Assembly Price Calculator’ button. Please enter the required details (for e.g. – the PCB X and PCB Y details, size, quantity, SMD points, thruhole points) and then click on the ‘Calculate’ button. You will be given price options for based on the details provided by you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

  • You login to MICROPLACER website with your login Id and Password.
  • Click on the ‘Calculate Price’ button and enter the required basic details like PCB X and PCB Y details, size, quantity, SMD points, thruhole points and then click on the Check Price option.
  • If you find the price suitable, attache Gerber files in choose file option & attache BOM and Pick and place file and then click on “place order“ button. Your order will be placed & system generated order acknowledgement / PI (Proforma Invoice) will be sent on your registered email id.

We need Gerber files, Centroid data and BOM for your PCBA orders. As have already placed your PCB order with us, actually you only need to send the latter two if your PCB Gerber files have included the layers of silkscreen, copper track and solder paste. If your PCB Gerber files are missing any of the above-mentioned three layers, please resend them, as this is the minimum request for PCBA. For the best possible result, please also send assembly drawings, instructions and photos to us to avoid any ambiguous and even mistaken placement of parts, though these are not required by most of the assemblers.
